Post D&C what to expect

I had a d&c 2 and half weeks ago. I bled and had cramping for 3 days following the procedure. Now all of a sudden I have nausea, cramping and slightly sore breasts. Is this normal to all of a sudden have symptoms again after having absolutely nothing for 2 weeks.
