Combi feeding

I’m currently starting to mix expressed breastmilk and formula in the same bottle ready to soon, move onto 100% formula once my freezer stash of breastmilk runs out. When my baby was only having breastmilk, I was adding vitamin D drops, but now that I’m doing 50/50 with formula, do I not need to add the vitamins anymore? Thanks
