Army crawling

My little guy is army crawling and now the weather is getting warmer he’s in short sleeves only, meaning his elbows are getting sore! Anyone got any tips on what to put on his elbows, fabric or cream, to help them?

I would just stick with long sleeves. My baby is still in a vest and long sleeve T-shirt. I'll swap her to long sleeve vest when it gets a bit warmer.
