Which body creams is people using for babies skin?
We have excema prone skin and have been using E45 but feel that’s not keeping it at bay anymore.
Any holy grails?

We love the la Roche posay baby lipikar range
I’ve tried E45, Aveeno, Epaderm, Epimax, and none of these helped my LO skin, only La Roche cicaplast works for him, it was a game changer for my little boy. I keep using the previous creams that I mentioned before every day, but if his skin is irritated I’ll get back on la Roche and it will heal immediately.
I think I'm using child's farm or aveeno its an oat based one, it's really helped my LO dry skin and eczema on her back
We're using paraffin 50-50. Our dermatologist said 'the less ingredients the less chances of any irritation or allergy' but my lo has congested pores now... Although no eczema!
