Lumpy head
My son is 12 weeks old and has a very lumpy head, I’m just wondering if this is normal? The health visitor says it is but I see lots of pictures of babies and they seem to have a perfectly round head

Hi @Courtney we're the lumps noticeable immediately after birth?
My LO had 2 lumps, I had a Kiwi delivery (baby had to be vacuumed out). We assumed the 2nd lump was a first failed attempt at using the vacuum, but the gp suggested it could have been there before baby was delivered. We have a referral to the hospital to have a scan.
The lumps were a bit like Mickey mouse ears at the top of the head, but as he is growing, the lumps are less obvious as the swelling went down with the vacuumed area and the bit in between the lumps has filled in a bit.
