Food Poisoning
Has anyone had food poisoning in the 3rd trimester? I’m currently 30+5 and I think me and my partner have gotten food poisoning, is there anything I should know or do?
I have tried to contact my midwife but yet to receive a reply 😅

I wouldn’t know who to call 😅 I only have the emergency triage number 😅x
I do have a midwife appointment tomorrow so wasn’t sure if I should wait until that! X
If you call the antenatal ward number or switch board they should be able to put you through- when you google it, it just saids you’re best to get checked promptly :( hopefully you get further info and support x
@Zoe you can also speak to your gp about it. That’s what the midwife would tell you to do after going through the standard is baby moving, etc questions. If you go on your birthing hospital’s website they will have all the antenatal and maternity numbers listed on there x

Could you possibly call the daycare/ midwife assessment unit at the hospital as opposed to your midwife if they’ve not got back to you :) they might be able to give you some quicker guidance x
