Milk amount

Does he finish the bottle everytime? If yes, I recommend upping it by an oz, then it's there if he wishes to keep feeding. I personally would always prefer there to be some milk left over than the bottle finished, if that makes sense?

yeh he downs the bottoes then gets upset once it's done to! X

I'd definitely up it by an oz or two and see how he gets on. He'll stop once he's had enough. I offer my little one 5oz every bottle, sometimes he has 3oz other days he finishes it 😊

I was told to always stick to oz and timings but honestly just go off of your baby, you know the signs!

I wouldn’t pay attention to the formula guides for weight etc as it’s just a guide. Always go by baby. If they’re finishing most of their bottles in the day then it’s time to increase by an oz and then same when they’re start finishing those bottles. I always do it by finishing most as it’s normal for the amounts to fluctuate so doesn’t need to be every bottle x

My boy is 10 weeks and currently on 180ml/6oz a feed approx every 3 hours in the day and then starting to sleep through the night now as well
