Breastfeeding and smoking / edibles
Is it okay to breastfeed and smoke? Is there a rule on how long you should leave it to breastfeed after a smoke / eat an edible?

When I went to a breastfeeding class they said you shouldn't smoke but if you have to try to wait at least an hour
But with that being said I have not always stood by that rule
