Skin rash ?
Has anyone’s baby’s skin looked like this ?
The doctor said it’s normal but idunno lol
It was just on her face and under the neck some on the stomach but it’s now everywhere

It looks like a reaction to me or could just be dry skin definitely keep an eye on it. Maybe try if your using any scented products use unscented sensitive products and see if there’s a difference and maybe some sensitive unscented baby lotion :) I wouldn’t worry too much though girl! Maybe ask a dermatologist if it doesn’t go away, good luck :)
Could also be eczema
After my boys have a virus they break out in a full body rash like this. It goes away in a few days. It's a normal response from the immune system
