I started seeing a Dietician from my obgyn's office. I lost 32lbd since September. It's covered by insurance. She helped me shift my lifestyle. It's mostly changing my diet without hard restrictions, never being hungry and working on being globally healthy. I just started incorporating more physical activity but the bulk of it I lost cleaning up my diet.
I have tried losing weight before and have never succeeded. I have also tried a nutrition certified coach that gave me workouts and menus, it didn't work. The person I am seeing has a Bachelor and Masters degrees in nutrition and have a deep understanding of different bodies function.
She is also covered by insurance which is a major plus. She literally changed my life.

@Salma ill have to look into that! Thank you! Yes I've been much more conscious of what I eat but this c-section pouch is no joke!
