Baby keeps getting thrush

My baby keeps getting thrush, had two lots of Nystatin meds now. Don’t know what we are doing with wrong we are so clean, sterilising bottles and dummies constantly and alternating dummies. Any idea? Thanks

My 3 year old has it now for the first time currently on nystatin too

My daughters on chlotrimozole cream prescribed from doctors it’s normal with girls to have it it’s not about cleanliness it’s just what girls get unfortunately but chlotrimozole cleared it straight up and if it comes back again I just use that for a day and it’s gone again if it’s just red sudocrem helps takes the redness down
