My period this month was really heavy too after my chemical 🫠
@Megan oh god that’s awful. Did they say that was normal after it? X
@Danielle they said it could happen for the first 3 months annoyingly if not longer, they were concerned about my iron being really low but luckily it was borderline ok, I’m having a nightmare trying to get my iron levels back up but periods have been fairly normal since! I miscarried in November xx
@Megan that’s good. I was on iron tablets afterwards as well so I might just carry on taking them for a little bit longer. The iron levels can make you feel dizzy so I wonder if that played part in it as well for you. It’s just awful the whole process xx
@Danielle it really is awful, definitely speak to a GP if you can about how heavy the periods are and they might be able to help for the time being but fingers crossed next one is better xx
Hey I had the exact same, I was bleeding through several pads an hour at one point on my second period following my miscarriage, I ended up in a&e as I was really dizzy and they gave me something that reduced the bleeding through a drip and gave me some tablets also to help and suggested speaking to a gp for next period Luckily after that they’ve been okay but definitely worth speaking to a GP today
