You might be feeling sick coz your not eating enough. Try eating as normal and use ritz and ginger ale in-between to keep the nausea at bay
I found that I feel sick when hungry too. Sometimes hard to tell if just nausea or hunger. I try to keep eating as normal but small meals, and dry fruits and nuts in between when nausea kicks in
Ritz crackers!! I know it's hard but keep trying to eat little and often, I've also found sweet juices like apple juice helps a small amount! X
