Swim diaper! Diaper cream. Towels. Sun glasses. Hat.
Take 2 towels, one for when she first comes out of the water and one for after the shower. Her soap because you want to wash her off right away to prevent eczema. I got mine a Splash About Wetsuit because even in the warm pools they still get so cold so fast. Wear your bathing suit there so you don't have to change when you get there. And I'd recommend loose fitting clothing like sweatpants after that you can easily get on if a bit damp.
I plan on taking my 6 month old swimming in pool and and in lake soon. Here’s my baby summer/swim checklist…. Sunglasses ☑️ Wet bag ☑️ sun hat ☑️ Swim suits ☑️ swim diapers ☑️ Outdoor playpen (father in law likes to go to little island on lake) ☑️ Baby sunscreen (6 months +) ☑️ Infant lifejacket ☑️ good baby float ☑️ baby towel ☑️
Are you going to an indoor pool or outdoor pool/beach?
I'd check the rules of the swimming place, some like double protection, so a swim nappy and a swim suit nappy. Just be aware a swim nappies don't hold wee in so don't put it on before you go or you might end up with a wet pram or car seat 😅 towel, I like a travel changing mat as the changing tables can be hard
