If you returned to work and requested flexible working oost mat leave, was it approved?
Mine has just got rejected and the reasons are rubbish. Only asking for every other Friday and doing compressed hours to make up for it

I put a request in on Mat leave which was approved for a 10 month temporary period. I then put another request in but had to compromise. I then left my job 😂
