Pregnant

Happened to me. Nurse said “you’re definitely not pregnant” then I went back and got told I was pregnant with twins 😂😂

@Alicia aw wow, did you end up getting a positive pregnancy test? I was tempted to see if the doctor would do a blood test so I know for certain but I'm starting to feel like I'm going crazy as the doctor just said to retest

If anyone who has voted yes has any advice if be grateful as well as its not like I'm testing early

Yes I did actually. They said sometimes it’s too early for the hcg levels to be high enough to show. But yes I ended up with 4 at home positives lol and then went back to confirm

@Alicia ah ok then my period was due about 1.5 weeks ago but still testing negative currently

I was 6 days late for my period and headed to a close friend's wedding but tested negative. 7 days later still no period and I had the most faint positive line on one of the pink dye pregnancy tests. My dr did the blood test said it was strange that my HCG levels were that low so she asked me to come back 2 weeks later to do another blood test. The second blood test saw the increase in HCG that she expected but the timeline was off from her perspective. She sent me for, what she thought was, an early ultrasound and it came back that I was 6 weeks pregnant when my dr was only expecting 4 weeks. Same thing happened with my second kiddo so my dr thinks it's just the way my body works. I don't get a positive at home pregnancy test until a minimum of 13 days after my period was due 🤷 every woman's body is different and only you know your body best

@Ashlee ah ok then thank you for that, that helps me a lot. The doctor has now said they will do a blood test to see just hope that comes back that I am but not sure what levels they would be expecting to see at this point

After I missed my period I tested and it was negative. A week went by and still no period so I tested again and was still negative. Like you I was so confused as I’m usually really regular so waited a couple more days and I think my period was about 9 days late and then was going out my mind so did a clear blue digital test and came up ‘Pregnant 3+ weeks’ all a bit strange so kept testing and from that day they were all positive. My little girl is now 4 months old!🥰

I can’t defo see a faint line! Have you tried a digital test as these were the tests I was using and kept getting a negative. As soon as I used a digital test it came up positive straight away xx

@Sadie I did get a digital one yesterday as I was getting a little impatient and confused

Though according to when my last period was i would be 6 weeks not 4 so 🤷
