@Sophia it just came out of no where. It's so frustrating more than anything
Can’t really take much, I had really bad lower back pain at the beginning of pregnancy due to having a tilted uterus and all I was advised to do is take paracetamol and have a warm bath or shower. Xx
@Nic we're not allowed anything are we 😂
@Georgia just paracetamol, which doesn’t really do much for me 🤣 but I’ll take it just to take the edge off a little x
@Nic I'm the same doesn't do anything. I found it really hard at the beginning as I was getting really bad migraines. Doctors did prescribe me some stronger medication but I try avoid it if I can x
Sleeping with pillow between legs helped my hip and back pain alot. Small stretching on yoga/pregnancy ball too. I got a 3 way maternity belt from amazon (babygo) which came with booklet of stretches for each trimester, it's been great
@Alison thanks I will look into this, I could probably do with moving more. Have just struggled with the lack of energy. X
Does anyone have any pregnancy pillows you recommend? I don't think mine is very good x
@Sophia mom cozy one from Amazon. It’s £59.99 but honestly it’s the best one I’ve had. I let it fluff out for 72 hours, and omg I’ve never slept so good. I was using another one before, and it went flat so fast!! Xx
Great thank you!
@Georgia I've been exactly the same i work from home so most of the day in bed, I try to get up atleast once an hour even if just for a wee and a small spine stretch.
@Sophia wedge pillow has been great for me, there are lots on Facebook marketplace
You should not have to just cope with this. If it's possible to speak to the midwife or GP and get a physiotherapist referral they will be able to help you. Best of luck x
@Alison I have a amazon wedge pillow but its not very good. I think i should have spent more money on it 😅

@Sophia mine was £5 from Facebook so can't help much. A normal pillow between legs and under bottom of stomach helps too
Same 😭 I wake up in pain most nights
