Sleep advice
Just a mummy looking for advice, my 16 month old boy will not sleep in his own bed, and if he does he wakes up around 3am screaming! The only full night sleep we get is if he’s in our bed😴 Any advice to help this would be great 😊
Does he have a favourite TV character? You could buy him some bedding with them on it. My son loves white noise and his light up bear 😀 Separation anxiety can happen at any age. Just keep taking him to bed and maybe he will grow out of it 😀
