Im 34 weeks and need a car seat and stroller, I got a car seat from aunt but found out that they expire. I’m waiting until targets trade in event starting 4/27 but idk if I can wait that long 😭
@Alexis I will have to look into this one! I also would really love a stroller I can use for jogs and walks. Would you recommend looking into stroller that’s have all terrain wheels/tires?
@Rommela I had zero clue they expire 😭! I also am tempted to wait, but unsure if that’s cutting it too close to due date. I wanted to practice how to install in car, so I have the hang out it (1st time momma)
I am also a first time mom. Hoping this thread will give me some ideas. I’ve been looking at the uppa baby minu v3 for stroller but have no idea want to get for the car seat. Everything is so expensive 😭
@Rommela so expensive. I’m thinking longevity, endurance and convertible. I’m willing to pay $400-$500 nothing past that. Anything that can be used as a stroller, and car seat is the minimum requirement for me. Multipurpose or usage is what I’m aiming for 🥲! We are both 34 weeks! I’ll be 35 on Tuesday. ALSO, I hope this thread can help both of us.

I’m looking at the maxi cosi right now or Britax but it’s still about 500-700 😭

I ended up getting the SHYFT INTUITI+FEATURING REVOLVE180 LITEMAX NXT WITH SENSORYSOOTHE With the green and gentle fabric since it’s non toxic. I ended up getting it for $400 instead of $700 with the coupons I had. I had 15% off by creating a registry and adding 10 items, 15% off for instore/online purchase, and 20% for the car seat trade it. Honestly for the car seat trade in event, you could just scan the code on the box you drop off the used car seat and still get the coupon! Idk if you have decided which travel system to use yet but definitely get it at target and do the coupons I used! Let me know if you’re needing any help bc damn near 50% is life changing!

@Kelly they have the same one on target for 400 I think you can get it 200 if you coupon right but if you’ve already bought maybe price check it to see if they can match it!
@Kelly just checked and you can get it for at least $279 on target! If you have extra coupons maybe cheaper! Best wishes! Hoping baby boy doesn’t hate the car seat I got bc I will cry if he doesn’t lol
@Rommela we can host a waterworks sniffle session, all inclusive tissue w moister IF that is in the cards for us 😂— I will have faith and hope that our car seats and strollers is the perfect fits for each our baby. Also’ thank you for looking into that!🥹— it’s going to arrive between 5/8-5/13!
Personally like the graco pramette. Easy to install in the car and open/close the stroller. Has the bassinet piece to for when they’re younger. I’d take into consideration if you plan to be jogging or talking through rough terrains. May want to consider a jogging stroller if that’s the case. Make a HUGE difference!
