Car naps

What’s safest in terms of making sure our little ones don’t overheat in the car if they fall asleep? I used to sit on my driveway until they woke up but it’s getting too hot to do that. Is it safe to sit with windows down? Doors open? Or am I going to have to start bringing him in and hoping for the best?

I never sat in the car until my daughter woke up as she can nap for up to 2 hours so I just bring her into the house. If she wakes up then that’s it she’s up x

I always transfer, I find when shes been asleep for 10-25 mins its fine, anything close to 45 mins or more would be too risky lol

So far I've been sitting with the front door open so there's not been a draft directly on him. I think it's all going to be dependant on the weather, it's not been that hot yet so I don't feel like it's risky for us atm.

I sit there with the windows open. She doesn't transfer well so we are accepting car naps

We’re car nappers over here! I just have the air con on slightly x
