Swaddle to sleep sack
My son is 10 weeks and pretty tall. He’s grown out of his love to dream swaddles so I’ve had to put him in a sleep sack tonight with his arms free. I just know he’s going to wake himself up by his jolting reflex, has anyone else had to transition? Did your little ones just get used to it and how long did it take?

@Melissa We have these too but have never swaddled (arms in) due to bed sharing. He startles less these days but then again my 3.5yo started minutes after she fell asleep the other day. I wonder if it’s that feeling we get when we think we’re falling and wake suddenly?
