Ebf mums and backless dresses
Hi there, how do you ebf mums wear dresses that have plunging neckline or are backless? I don’t think a strapless bra would work. I still leak a bit so looking for options, opinions anything? What is it, you wear underneath. Pls help a mum out who is already overly conscious about her body.

Cakes are similar to what Kellie posted, but they don't have a sticky coating. I find those much easier to feed in because I can literally just move it over without having to struggle with adhesive sticking to me.
I just peel it off, feed and stick it back on. They’re really easy to peel off. And you can get the ones not sticky but if you got nothing holding those in place it feels like it’s gonna fall off. I’ve got both types I wear what I need depending on the dress/top. Some of my tops have underwire (like a corset) so that doesn’t need stick but if it’s like a silk shirt deep V then I need stick w those

Disposable nursing pads that you can stick to the dress itself may work? I also use my Cakes, and I've leaked a bit in them and never had a problem with milk leaking out of them, so that might be worth a try too!
