Nappy change kicking & crying
It’s not every nappy change, but my little boy has started getting so upset in some nappy changes.
This morning he was screaming and trying to kick me when I’m trying to wipe him. It’s making changes so hard! He was perfectly okay right before having a nappy change
Nappy changes in the past of never been an issue in the past at all
He went through the typical phase of trying to roll over, which was somewhat fixed by giving him something to hold. He still does that sometimes now, but this being upset is something else!
Anyone else?
Any tips?

I no longer change my little boy layed down I let him stand against the sofa and use pull ups he gets to play while I get him clean
@Kiera I do this too if my son is fussing over a change. Either that or I change him while he's lay/sat up on my knee
@Caitlin I'm not skilled enough to do it on my knee 😂

Its totally normal and can be hard, they just want to be left alone/be independent and dont understand youre actually trying to help. I just use toys with mine to keep him distracted whilst I change him and changed to pull ups to make it quicker x
