Feeling alone

I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant and this might sound strange but I've never felt so lonely, I don't really have many friends and my hormones make me so un tolerant of anyone. As soon as I feel an iffy vibe they are deleted. Now you might say it's you who's removing yourself from people but honestly pregnancy makes you see things in a different light. Like is anyone real anymore?! Am I just over reacting. Or am I right in thinking that 99% of women are different when know your pregnant. I just feel so left out. So wary of anyone and don't even start me with my neighbours the hate is real I don't even know if it's hormones or intuition calling people out.

Your midwife should be able to refer you for some perinatal mental health support so you can talk to someone about how you are feeling 💗

I feel like it’s almost intuition because i have been the exact same just cutting people out left right and centre as soon as i get a bad vibe, protect your peace and you know what’s right for you and baby! Hormones during pregnancy and postpartum are crazy, there’s always help out there if you need someone to discuss things with you. X

Such kind messages thanks so much I'm so glad I'm not alone. Also booked an app with docs xx appreciate your feedback girlie's 😊

I felt exactly the same pregnant and tbh my youngest is 9 months and it took a while to feel “normal again” or more like new normal. I had my babies back to back so felt like that for a while, I did open up to my midwife and I spoke to the mental health midwife in the hospital. Definitely open up to them, hopefully it helps you as it did me x
