Diaper changes

How often do you change your toddlers diaper? I seen a TikTok talking about how they change their kids diaper the moment the pee or they change it every hour or two even if it’s dry/ yellow line.

Not when full, but obv that it’s been peed I have 3 kids and hella chores so I don’t have time to check every 2 hours on the dot. I believe the single child parents or new parents tho

Not when soaked full but not with one pee either.

Morning, before nap, after nap, and then bed time diaper. More changes in the day if there’s been poos. So just depends on the day. But between those changes is typically 2-3 hours

@Ryann that’s how I do it too, but after seeing the TikTok I felt like a bad mom. A lot of people were saying it’s neglect

Changing a dry diaper sounds wasteful. We wear underwear longer than 2 hours🤷🏻‍♀️

Every three hours unless full or poop

When it's enough pee to wet their skin and when they poop Also even if it's not much pee but it's been on for a while and the fibers start breaking down

I stick with every 2 hours unless there’s poop. Then the 2 hours starts over after a clean bottom

2-3hrs. I go through 10-12 diapers for newborn and like 6-8 for a one year old. Because I use cloth and wash them though the amount used doesn’t matter here. Once he had gastro and used like 50 in 3 days lol. Lucky I have more than 50 cloth diapers 😂

@Kellie yess I feel like a go through a pack a day with my newborn

Basically before and after naps or we’re heading out. Unless she’s pooped in between those times. Her nappy only really gets full overnight xx
