Toilet regression

Hello, My daughter has been using the toilet great for a year but is suddenly having poo accidents. It’s so strange. We discuss that poo goes in the toilet and that she’ll even get a sweet next time it goes in the toilet but she keeps doing it in her pants and doesn’t even tell us. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I put nappies back on? We’re going through a lot of pants 🙈
