I've tried lots of veggies and some fruits. Broccoli, carrot, peas, avocado, sweet potato, parsnip, potato, banana, strawberry, pear. She has tried some of them once some twice. She had some natural yoghurt and also egg once so slowly introducing allergens as well. Planning on trying some more boring veggies this week like cauliflower, courgette etc. When I spoke to someone at the family hub she said they can just eat what you are eating but modified so baby can eat safely so I am going to just do that then week after. I have gone for the BLW approach and she is really good at feeding herself already

We've tried carrot, parsnip, broccoli and potato and swede. Leaving the fruits for a few weeks to get her taste for savoury foods up. I've also introduced peanut butter and almond butter in small amounts as her dad as a nut allergy so I want to expose her to it as much as I can. Still doing 1 meal a day for at least another week.

We’ve tried strawberry, mango, apple, pear, parsnip, plum, sweet potato, avocado, oats, eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, banana, quinoa, salmon, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber. I give a new product everyday if I can unless it is an allergen.

I used this weaning chart which I found really helpful to make sure I was giving my LO a variety of foods. I actually date in the circles rather than tick so I can see when he’s had what so he’s not having the same thing everyday. Then each week I plan out my meals for him (or a rough idea) and pick a few things to put together in a meal for him. I try not to overthink it with making fancy things, especially at this age so will just select a few couple of things he’s not had recently and give him them and he loves it. Hope this helps! https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1883715605/?ref=share_ios_native_control
