Early days activities / meet ups?

What is everyone doing with these tiny babies? My son is 4 weeks and I would like to get out and about now my partner is back to work. He seems too small for classes at the moment. Anyone else have small babies that want to meet up for a coffee or walk or something? I'm in West Worthing and don't drive 😊 I also have a 3 year old that is out of nursery Monday and Tuesday
