Is it just me or do you also want to smack a hoe?

As a single mom of a 4, 5, 6 yo I try my BEST to give my children what I think they need. We still attend church, do activities in the community, sports, etc. I've noticed random people I barely talk to or even know just like to give / do random shit without even ASKING first. Candy/Food, giving my children a drink from THEIR water bottle, give change/dollar bills, tried to tie my child's shoe even when she said "no I can do it", picking up my children. Then I'm the AH for telling people no thanks or they are fine. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Whoever said maybe the ah is an ah cus how you gunna expect someone to be okay with others interacting with their child, of which it sounds you don’t approve (I wouldn’t either tf sharing bottles)

Totally clicked the wrong one.....absolutely NTAH. Sharing water bottles? Absolutely not.

At first I was more chill about it like I would just take the candy and if i talked to them more than once I would give it to them, and if not other times I straight the bathroom and threw it away discreetly The money is KINDA weird and random but whatever I just put it in the piggy banks (half goes into IRA other half they can spend) THENNNN the water bottle thing happened . The first time I just was like WOAHHHH what's in that like my child has allergies (Ended up being like flavored water) . I kinda was like "oh haha well they have a water fountain". The second time it happened I stopped it before she gave it to them and said NOPE they are fine 😵‍💫 after that point I started telling people straight up no A LOT more often.

The shoe tying incident was INSANE to me. I was checking my child in for church and right next to me this man bent down and tried to tie her shoe and my own child said "no thank you, I can tie my own shoes". Super proud of my daughter I didn't say anything because she was being a little self advocate. Then the WIFE came over and tried to do it and that's when she flipped and screamed "GET OFF MY SHOE" and that point I turned said "she's fine she can do it herself " then softly nudged my daughter and whispered to her "please just tie your shoes" 😵‍💫

They didn’t speak to you at all? Did they touch your kid? I’d stay away from these people. That’s a bit much.

@Selena girl no they didn't talk to me at all they just bent down and started messing with her shoes 😤
