Yeah if a consultant is an option do that. Otherwise take it slow and move things an hour at a time
You could try waking him during the day after 2 hours, getting him outside in sunlight and being active and loud and then feeding. See how long you can keep him up for between naps and then in the middle of the night, try to get him right back to sleep when he wakes but it could really take time and may depend on several factors the pace in which he responds, etc. If you’d like to discuss what it would look like to work with me as your Sleep Consultant send me a message here or on IG https://www.instagram.com/nights_andnaps?igsh=MWZkaWxlNTBmejJocA%3D%3D&utm_source=qr
I would work with a sleep consultant. It is a very drastic change that you have to make and it is going to be hard for baby to just shift. I think it is best to work with someone who knows best and can help you.
