Dramatic 4 month old bedtime change

So I worked graveyard shifts and recently gave in to my husbands idea of me being a stay ah home mom so I quit my job. I'm so embarrassed to say my 4 month old son has adapted MY bedtime which is about noon because I'd get up for work around 9 or 10pm... I need to switch it all around to a more normal bedtime so he can get used to the norm like 7:00-7:30pm bedtime 6am wake up time but how THE HECK do I go from him going to bed at noon and waking up at 9 or 10pm to waking up around 6 or 7 and going to bed around 7pmish?! Do I just let him nap most of the day and out him to bed at 7 pm even though he's been up since 10pm the night before? I'm so lost i don't know what to do

I would work with a sleep consultant. It is a very drastic change that you have to make and it is going to be hard for baby to just shift. I think it is best to work with someone who knows best and can help you.

Yeah if a consultant is an option do that. Otherwise take it slow and move things an hour at a time

You could try waking him during the day after 2 hours, getting him outside in sunlight and being active and loud and then feeding. See how long you can keep him up for between naps and then in the middle of the night, try to get him right back to sleep when he wakes but it could really take time and may depend on several factors the pace in which he responds, etc. If you’d like to discuss what it would look like to work with me as your Sleep Consultant send me a message here or on IG https://www.instagram.com/nights_andnaps?igsh=MWZkaWxlNTBmejJocA%3D%3D&utm_source=qr
