Weaning
Anyone else’s baby just not interested in food? I’d be lucky if my little girl tries even a spoonful of anything every time I’ve tried to feed her. This is only week 1 for us but just wondering if anyone else’s baby is the same?

i started purées about a week and a half ago. he didn’t seem massively interested then today he was!! self feeding and ate most of what i gave him, every day before then he just played with most of his food. only from my experience, although it may seem a waste of food, keep doing what you’re doing. she’ll eventually work it out! xx
Had the same here left it a few days tryed again an she had.. maybe they just didn't want to at that time
I’ve tried more of a BLW approach now and it seems to be going a lot better as she’s actually trying a lot of the things im offering! Thanks so much for the advice

I had this same problem when I was offering any kind of puree. When I spoke to out HV on her 6 month check. She reassured me that going to BLW and only finger foods was just as safe as long as served correctly she advised me to use the solid starts app and since only having finger foods she’s doing so much better and tries everything we offer
