Fussy eating

How can i get my baby to try more food? I offer her different things all the time, but she just spits it out. She refuses all fruit and vegetables unless its hidden in something. She won’t eat sandwiches but will eat toast. She eats pasta. What can i do or is this just what shes going to be like?

It’s quite normal at this age. Just keep offering a variety of foods and have a safe food that you know she’ll eat so she’s having solid intake 🙂 the more exposure, the better for picky eaters x

Same except we can't even get pasta. He ate everything but then at 8 months suddenly decided he didn't like loads of things any more!!

My one loves natural Yoghurt so with fruits we will dip them in Yoghurt and he's eventually got used to the flavour of the fruit that way. With savoury stuff, we will do this with whatever Ella pouch we're using. I've found that the more we let him play with a food, the more likely he is the try it. It does take several goes with every food. If its something he can feed himself then he tends to like it more. I've also found that he eats better when I sing to him during meal time. He likes a dinner and a show I guess, lol. Those are things that have worked for me.
