Fruit and veg mainly. Natural Yoghurt. Weetabix. 10+ Ella Pouches. He loves avocado, banana, Watermelon, broccoli, blueberries. Need to get more regular protein in though so wanna get him used to chicken and beans.
Jacket potatoes with beans or tuna mix; stew; rice; sausage and mash; chicken pie; boiled potato; egg (boiled or scrambled); pasta and meat balls; couscous etc That’s what my girl is having but I also have a toddler so they always end up having the same (I will mash bigger bits down for my baby girl)
Chicken meatballs, homemade sausages or sausage rolls, tzatziki, pitta pizzas, quesadillas, chicken, all types of veg & fruit, eggs, homemade quiche, cereal like Rice Krispies once soft, puff pastry apple pie, chia jam in yogurt, lasagne, salmon & rice, slices of cheese, tortellini, overnight oats.
All sorts of veggies, curry, stews, cucumber sticks, meat, scrambled eggs.. basically whatever we have for dinner she has but mushed up and no salt x
