Similar to Emily. If I'm at home we don't have a first thing breastfeed, straight into breakfast then milk after. Usually feed before lunch, dinner and nap. Then feed to sleep. 3 wakes, I feed for all of them. On a work day, feed first thing, when I get back and to sleep (and the nights)
I feed him once before bed and once he's awake in the morning. If he wakes up at night I'd give him water but he usually sleeps uninterrupted lately. I don't think they are hungry at night if they have a balanced diet , it's more like a habit and for comfort, once I stopped night feeds he stopped waking up so often so I'd recommend to cut out night feeds and see how it goes.
Different depending on work day or not! Work: I’ll get up at 6.30 and get myself ready. He will wake about 7 and I’ll give him a feed and leave for work, husband takes him to childcare. I’ll pick him up about 4.30-5pm and as soon as we get home he has a long feed. Dinner about 5.30-6, play after and take him up for his bath around 6.30 and will have stories and a feed before bed at 7pm. He will wake 1-3 times and I will feed him twice and husband respond to other wakes. On my days with him I feed on demand! Which if we are at home he feeds constantly but doesn’t bother if we are out and about
