Going back to work
Has anyone gone back to work after being a stay at home parent for 3 years? How did you manage it? I have a 3 year old and 1 year old and even just the thought of having to go back to work brings me so much anxiety 😫 I've never been away from my kids for more then 2 to 3 hours and hubby's having a hard time finding work due to not having a grade 12 or a driver's license and with being close to our rent renewal and owing so much money for rent I'll have to get a job. We're hoping to have some luck soon but just struggling hard.

Adjusted schedule- 1/2 days to start.

Your circumstances are different than mine but yes it was so difficult. Thankfully, my supervisor was so supportive and gave me the flexibility. I needed to still be present for them.
