Paint in the mouth

Has anyone else’s child put paint in their mouth? And what do you do? My daughter was doing this painting, I stepped out the room to put the bath on and when I came back she looked very sheepish. She then told me she put in her finger in the paint and then in her mouth. I’ve wiped her tongue, got her to rinse and spit with some water and she’s then had some water to drink. Should I go anything else ? Kinda freaking out about it!
