We had been having great naps but last 2 days have been 2 x 45mins 🫠 Nights aren’t great! We are having multiple false starts and wakes around 11, 2.30, 5 and 7. I think it’s exceptionally bad for us just now with teeth 😴
I’m in a similar boat. My LO has 40 min-hour naps but at night he wakes up around 1am, 3am, and 5 or 6am. With a bedtime around 8pm. Idk what’s happening 😵💫 He basically wakes up the same amount overnight when he takes either 2 or 3 naps 😩
It’s really hard isn’t it? Our little one was getting better but after a cold and move to her big cot, she took a turn for the worse. We are following sleep well with Hannah. She is amazing and her approach is very gentle. Bought her course and we are now implementing it. It all makes so much sense to me. Would really recommend her. She’s also go a live Q&A coming up that I’m signed up to xx
