Sleep advice

Has anyone sussed out sleep yet 🤣 7 month old, I think has low sleep needs. I've tried following wake windows and it doesn't work. I'm fed up with fighting naps. I follow sleep cues which means she usually do 3hr-4hrs wake time. Most of the time, she will do 2 30mins naps. Sometimes 3 30 mins naps. If she goes bed at 6, she'll wake around 6. Multiple wakes in the night but sleeps for longer period overall. If she goes to bed at 7 or 8, she sleeps till 6am. She'll be tired next day so probably do 3 naps but fitting that in with her sleep cues means she is going to bed at 8 so end up in the same loop. But either way sleep isn't great overnight. Multiple wakes. I'm exhausted.

It’s really hard isn’t it? Our little one was getting better but after a cold and move to her big cot, she took a turn for the worse. We are following sleep well with Hannah. She is amazing and her approach is very gentle. Bought her course and we are now implementing it. It all makes so much sense to me. Would really recommend her. She’s also go a live Q&A coming up that I’m signed up to xx

We had been having great naps but last 2 days have been 2 x 45mins 🫠 Nights aren’t great! We are having multiple false starts and wakes around 11, 2.30, 5 and 7. I think it’s exceptionally bad for us just now with teeth 😴

I’m in a similar boat. My LO has 40 min-hour naps but at night he wakes up around 1am, 3am, and 5 or 6am. With a bedtime around 8pm. Idk what’s happening 😵‍💫 He basically wakes up the same amount overnight when he takes either 2 or 3 naps 😩
