Fan for labour

Honestly I’d save your money it’s not necessary

I’d recommend the small electric handheld ones they do in Primark. Works great x

I got one that has bendy legs. Didn't end up using it for labour because he was breeched last min and needed a c-section but we use the fan in the summer for the stroller so it still gets used

I’d get a clip on fan, gave birth last June and the ward was boiling, clipped a fan onto the tray that goes over the bed, so handy! I got mine from home bargains though

I got mine from John Lewis highly recommend that and a water bottle with straw

I recommend a “cool towel” too, when wet it stays cool a few hours and felt so refreshing round my neck. I gave birth in December (2022) and it was hotter than the sun in the hospital. Thankfully there was a fan in our little cubicle on the ward. Xx

I had a little desk top fan my husband held on me. It was literally life changing. I think anything would be helpful honestly
