Potty training?

What is the recommended time to start potty training? Or even how to potty training 😂 ( first time mom here). I want to start in the summer since I'll be able to stay home with her all day ( I work at a school) and really work on it but is it to soon?

Following. I just got 3 potty training toilets and don’t even know where to start!

Does she go to daycare during the day? If she does, I would check with them about when they start helping with potty training, because if she's in a certain class they might not be able to always take her to the bathroom when she needs, depending on the situation. I work at a daycare and we aren't able to get kids to the potty regularly until age 2 1/2, when they are in a classroom with a bathroom.

If they show interest then go for it, when they wake up in the morning say it's time to go potty and put them on the toilet. Some people do every 30 minutes for the first day which is what I did and then I would say yay and give her a little piece of candy. I got little steps up to the toilet for my daughter which she absolutely loved I didn't start potty training till she was 2. My 13 month old doesn't have any interest so I'm waiting till I see signs from him.

@Veronica she stays with my in laws while I'm at work

Don’t they have to be like 3 years old? They’ll understand and be able to use the words for potty. And they have to know how to pull down their pants

My 2.5 year old is just starting to show signs of readiness. My 1 year old loves to join us in all potty breaks, but is nowhere near ready. I know the desire to get them out of diapers is so real, but starting too early can do more harm than good, as forcing them to sit on the potty when they're not ready can form a negative relationship with it

Asked heal baby care app and sharing in case it helps: "It's great that you're planning ahead for potty training! Most children are ready to start between 18 months and 3 years, with many showing signs of readiness around 2 to 2.5 years. Look for signs like staying dry for longer periods, showing interest in the bathroom, or communicating when they need to go. To start, you can introduce the potty in a fun way, let her sit on it with clothes on, and gradually encourage her to try without diapers. Since you're planning to start in the summer, that can be a great time when you can focus on it together. What age is your daughter now, and have you noticed any signs that she might be ready?"

@Heaven what would signs of being ready look like? She is 13 months
