@Asia right but what are you doing from 5-9pm? Lol my baby is normally ready for bed by 8/8:30.
Shes either up hanging out or taking her last nap before bath then bed.
5:30 feed nap no later than 7 small feed 8 bath time 8:30 lights dim in bedroom-lotion/pajamas/brush hair 8:45-9:30 last feed/swaddle in between breasts/white noise/read book 9:30 put her down in bassinet drowsy. white noise up she usually wakes up once between 3-5am, and it sometimes takes 30 min for her to fall asleep tbh. we do soap baths every other night but follow the same routine with a milk bath on the other nights
@Heather what time does your little one wake up
7am and then i put her down and she gets up again at 9
My girl sleeps 8 hours straight but we don’t have a schedule 🤷🏻♀️
@Allie lol well ok then what time does she go to sleep?
@Heather interesting! How old is your little one? Mine is a month old & naturally is up at 7am so i’m curious how you get a later bedtime for yours lol
5ish feed nap until about 6:40 feed shower & skin to skin (i take my little one into the shower with me, he seems to like it and it’s a plus because we get to do more skin to skin) 7:25ish dad takes my LO and preps him so diaper/lotion/dress/brush hair (while i shower, dad also gives him gentle feet, tummy & back massages) 7:45ish feed while in bed with me 8:00ish burp/sway/sing till he is drowsy or sleeping 8:30-9:30 somewhere in between this timeframe my LO is usually ready to transfer into the bassinet every night varies by a few minutes but that’s usually how it goes & that timeframe at the end depends on whether baby is cluster feeding, or in the middle of a growth spurt he was sleeping 5 hrs then waking up around 1:30-2am, 5-5:30am, & then 9am but the last few days he has been sleeping 7hrs and waking up between 3:30-4am and then around 8:30am
What I started doing, which I learned from another mom on this app- turn on a red light, download Spotify and look up sleept baby lulliby. Play the same songs every night. So i nurse with a red light and play lullibys. Its worked 3 nights in a row. Oh the mom also suggested using the same technique during day naps for consistency.
my 2 month old twin boys bed time is nine every night it’s a simple bottle cuddle and soft lighting maybe a soft song from mama always works for me
@Alexandria okay! When’s their last nap? My LO is usually ready for bed about 8-9pm. Rare occurrences do they get to bed around 10/10:30. Also what time does your twins get up for the day?
@Raydeli okay our bedtime is roughly the same! Thanks this was helpful.
well they wake up 6:00 not including the wake up 3:00 for a change and bottle

I put mine to bed my 8 she wakes up to her dad getting home around 12 to 1 am get her back to bed around 4-5am then she'll sleep till 11 am then a million naps
How many weeks is your baby?
@Kimberly 7 weeks
We do bath time between 8-10 pm, bottle, then she’s done for the night. I wiped her down daily the first week and then from then on it’s been full on baths. She’s 10 weeks now she’s been sleeping whole nights since about 6 weeks. We had gotten to one wake up a night at about 4 weeks or so
I do nighttime gripe water around 7:30pm then I do a bath only on MWF for now or unless I feel like she needs one sooner if not then I do a diaper change get her bottle ready and put her in a short sleeve onesie and put her in her love to dream swaddle before I feed her because she usually falls asleep after the feeding. I give myself 30 min after the feeding to get her into deep sleep. 15 min trying to keep her upright to prevent reflux but she doesn’t always like it so I try and aim for at least 10 min then the next 15 min I spend laying her on her side in my arms and tapping her butt and rocking back and forth on the rocking chair and then place her in her bassinet 🥰 she usually asleep anywhere between 8-10pm
I’m just in awe that all of these babies are sleeping even five hour stretches. My baby has not slept more than two hours stretch and he is 8 weeks. What can I do??
@Leslie just try starting a routine if possible and I use dove baby nighttime bodywash and lotion. And to make sure her skin doesn’t dry out I mix aveeno eczema body wash and lotion with them. Also aquaphor nightly as well to keep her skin soft. She also stopped swaddling at about two weeks old
@Leslie try gripe water if not I do make my baby natural chamomile tea with the actually dry flower. Of course I only give her 0.5 oz and make sure she is sitting upright since it’s more watery I don’t want her choking on it and make sure you use the baby water. Definitely helps her sleep at night. Worth a try for your baby (:
@Leslie the only thing is take it slow just in case your baby gets an allergic reaction although my little one didn’t and I learned this remedy from my mom she did it with my siblings and I
Just gotta keep practicing. I just give her baths with lavender body wash every single night around the same time until she get it. But then again ny daughter is 2 months
