My son talks a lot in his sleep and moves a lot
Does anyone else’s little one move and talk a lot in their sleep and have you been able to do anything to help? I feel like he’s not getting a good sleep at night

Mine does. And technically I do too according to my husband. I wouldn't worry. So long as he is waking up happy and with energy to start the day then he's getting good sleep
