Our LB turned 6 months this week and has started to do the exact same thing😫 we are just assuming it’s a sleep regression 🤞🏼
You don't need to reduce her milk, I'd go back to what you were doing. They reduce milk themselves as they increase food intake. It might be unrelated to her sleep though.
@Tanya brilliant think that's what I'll do maybe the 3 oz reduction is why she's not sleeping here's hoping 😴
Hit 6mo and now waking hourly!! Feel you. It’s the regression

It's good to know I'm not alone . It's so hard
Wow 7-5am is amazing, my little boy is 6 months and he has never slept through the night 😬 he is now going down for the night around 10.30pm and will wake at 3am, 6am and then around 8.30am, when he is then awake for the day! I recently downloaded an app called Napper which has really helped us understand his daytime naps and wake windows and so I can plan the feeds around that! It isn't free but I would recommend it as it's quite accurate strangely! You can do a week's free trial! He slept from 11pm- 7am this morning, which has been great progress as I actually had a night without broken sleep! When weaning, an online class I did said they can still have 600-800 ml of formula a day alongside solids, which sounds like you are doing, we haven't started solids yet, but I was just going to stick to his normal milk feeds and gradually introduce more and more solids, I think it can affect their sleep though so I'll probably be in the same boat 😩 Hang in there mumma, you got this this!
