How do you know when the last pump is?

I'm weening off pumping (9 months in) and I'm nervous about when the "last pump is". One boob is pretty much done but the other still gets 30ml within 5 mins. I'm just wondering, when do I just stop altogether. I'm really afraid of mastitis and equally so ready to retire the pumps. I've gone from every 3/4 hours for 20 mins. To 3 times a day for 5-8 mins (when empty).

I know it’s different for everyone but I started only pumping when my boob felt full, until it went to once in the morning and night, then my night time one I dropped to literally 10 min to drop being engorged and within a day or two it was once a day, within 3 days of that I was done ☺️

Asked heal baby care app and sharing in case it helps: "It's completely understandable to feel nervous about this transition, especially with concerns about mastitis. Since one breast is producing significantly less milk, you might consider gradually reducing the pumping sessions for the more productive breast. A good approach is to drop one session at a time, allowing your body to adjust, and monitor for any signs of discomfort or engorgement. If you notice any fullness or discomfort, you can pump just enough to relieve that pressure, but aim to keep it minimal. Once you feel comfortable and your body adjusts, you can stop altogether. Have you noticed any discomfort or fullness in the breast that's still producing milk?"

Following, my boy is 16mo and I dropped from every 3hrs pump to twice a day in the morning and around 6pm or before bed if he did not bf, he still is BF to sleep so sometime I do not need to pump, I also want to get pregnant again and i should wean him but the feeling of letting that intimate moment of BF or not having breast milk to offer in a bottle for him kills me.
