My boy does the same sometimes but it doesn't fully wake him he'll just wiggle around a bit to get more comfy. Maybe he just needs to get used to it he'll soon learn the space he's got
@Kai no we don’t want to sleep train our little one, he is usually a good sleeper (for the most part) so I’m not sure the solutions we have 🤦🏼♀️ he wiggles up with such force in wakes him every time
Asked heal baby care app and sharing in case it helps: "It sounds really challenging to deal with your little one's sleep disruptions, especially after he was sleeping so well. To help prevent him from banging his head, you might consider using a soft bumper pad or a rolled-up towel secured safely to the top of the cot. This can cushion his head if he bumps into it. Additionally, you could try adjusting his sleep position or using a sleep sack to limit his movement while still allowing him to be comfortable. It's also helpful to ensure the crib is set up safely, with no loose bedding or toys that could pose a risk. Have you noticed if he tends to wake up at certain times or after specific movements?"
@Heaven ooh ok but would a soft pad be counted as a cot bumper? The irony is he is in a sleep sack too. He wiggles so much!!
My son does this too, but he puts himself back to sleep. If you've sleep trained, then I don't have advice for you aside from crib bumpers are not safe, they increase risks of suffocation, strangulation, and SIDS, , and are banned in many countries, as in you can't buy, sell, give away, or import them.
