Wiggling while falling asleep
My son is 3mo old and he squirms and jerks around so much when he is starting to fall asleep, seems like his arms and hands are on autopilot moving around constantly which makes it hard for him to fall asleep.
Not swaddled due to rolling over so arms are out. Any other moms dealing with this or have any recommendations?

Hey it’s worth checking if it could be reflux or gas? My little ones 3 months old and does the same at night due to these reasons x
My 3 mo also does this when he’s super gassy. Stretches before bed has helped us

This is very normal, it’s all about natural reflexes. He is so weeny still, he is just learning his own body. I didn’t swaddle my baby at all, because she moved SO much. Now she is 1 and a half and is still like a ping bong ball in the cot when she sleeps 😂. She also still moves, and wiggles when falling asleep. (She sleeps fine btw! 12 hours at night and I get sleep) you have hope, hang in there) Xx
