Hi, my little one is 11 months, having 3 meals a day, and now I'm going to start introducing snacks. Have really struggled with trying to think of different things to give him for meals and now to do snacks as well - my sleep deprived foggy brain just can't think of what to give. All ideas welcome please!
I try and keep it really simple he has 2 snacks first is normally a Rice cake, cracker or bread stick with some fruit, in the afternoon I try to do a dairy, cheese cubes or yogurt or protein if we have any cold meat leftovers in the fridge or egg
Yoghurt and fruit, crackers, breadsticks, cheese cubes, hard boiled eggs, rice cake with cream cheese or some sort of spread, veggie or fruit sticks and hummus
