Sleeping is baby too cold?

we never have the heating on at home due to not really needing it? but now i’m thinking, is my baby too cold at night is this why she keeps waking up frequently, she’s not waking up cause she’s hungry as she won’t feed, i know it normal still for our babies to wake regularly, but what’s everyone’s room temperatures at night? my little girl normally only naps for around 30 mins, but he nap this morning has been about an hour now, but i’ve just noticed the room is slightly warmer than usual so im wondering if this is why she’s sleeping well? (the room isn’t too hot btw, ive checked multiple times on her as i have major anxiety😩) I hope this makes sense, im babbling😩

Apparently coldness is the number 1 reason for baby wakes after hunger! So definitely try the room a few degrees warmer, or an higher tog sleep suit and see if it makes a difference?

I found my little girl would wake up constantly when she was cold, so I put the heating on a hour before I go to bed with her, then turn it off when I set her down x

Do you know what temp the room is? If not buy a room thermometer and see. Recommendation is 16-20 but we find ours sleep best in about 18-21 degrees. We have electric oil heaters in the kids room so we can just heat those and keep bills lower.

ours is around 19-21 and shes always slept through 😍

I found with my first that she needed one more layer than what the sleeping bag chart showed.
