Also EBF, bf hasn’t changed at all. We just started this week! Feed solids 1 hour after breast until they get older like 8 months. Their nutrition is still coming from us!
Asked heal baby care app and sharing in case it helps: "It's great that you're preparing to start weaning your baby! Generally, during the weaning process, many parents continue breastfeeding 2-3 times a day while gradually introducing solids. You might start with offering solids once a day and then increase to 2-3 times as your baby gets used to eating. At night, some babies may still want to breastfeed for comfort, so it can vary widely-some may still nurse once or twice, while others may not at all. How old is your baby, and have you already started introducing any solids? This can help tailor the advice further."
Thank you mamas ❤️
@Heaven do you find this app helpful? Never heard of it but the info sounds pretty good!!
Baby girl has just turned 9 months and she still feeds every 2.5 hours. She has 3 meals a day, around 30/45 mins after the boob. When we started weaning, we just introduced breakfast, then worked up to 2 meals and she's been on 3 for the past few weeks. She still feeds twice during the night too x
