First time mum
First time mum and my breasts are soo sore. Wearing a normal bra is becoming difficult any suggestions on any light breathing bras that are not feeding bras just yet.
Also anywhere where I can purchase some loose fitting elastic trousers to wear around the house.

Primark have some stretchy wide leg pants in for £6 and they are amazing! Also maybe sports bras will help with support if tender x
