Yes, I went to the dr and it’s retained placenta and I’m having surgery tomorrow at exactly 3 months pp

@Ali oh no! How’d they figure out you had that?

I went to my 6 wk visit and they said it was my period but I didn’t believe them and I went back at 10 wks and they said it’s not normal and did an ultrasound and saw a mass and told me to go back the next week to see if it’s still there and it was so they did a little vacuum thing and another ultrasound and it didn’t come out so a d&c is the next step which is tomorrow. I recommend talking to your dr just to be sure it’s nothing!

@Ali sorry you’re going through that! Hope the surgery goes well. Mines not bloody it’s just the last phase that seems to be taking a while.
